I'm sharing a free manual summarizing in-situ and remote environmental monitoring methods developed by me for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality between 2018 and 2022. The reference was created to ensure institutional knowledge is not lost. The only modification in this public release are removal of usernames, passwords, and keys for ADEQ accounts as noted by “DELETED” or “XXXXXXXX” in the text. A separate zip file containing supporting files and code supplements this public release. Respective files posted to http://www.modestmaker.com .
