The large 4x4 CNC router is running again and has been upgraded with new hardware and controller. The old Mach 4 controller has been replaced with Open Builds. 

This brings the 4x4 unit in line with the 6090 using the same controller. Also, the intermittent issues with the Y axis were debugged and hopefully resolved.

CNC users will need to get oriented on the new controller software. (Vetric VCarve is still the design and tooling software.)  

March 2nd from 1pm to 5pm, Bud will put on an open studio to show people how to use the new system.  

Note that this is NOT a beginner class. This is for Xerocraft members who are already CNC users who need to learn the new controller. 

If you are a CNC user, please try to stop in for an orientation session sometime between 1-5pm.
