2. The 96gal garbage bin that is pickup up every Wednesday from N 9th Ave has not been picked up the last few weeks
3. Mike is talking to the landlord about addressing the issue. We hope to have it fixed soon.

9. Jeremy replaced the locks on the locking cabinet behind the front desk. The new key is in the key lockbox on the wall.
