2. Someone downloaded a movie illegally via BitTorrent using our internet
3. Jeremy called Simply Bits to figure out how to resolve this. Some changes were made. 
4. Don C: managing the Bit Buckets leader memberships (important for Shop Managers)
5. We will allow up to five trained people to have keyfobs. Trained in Laser, Machine, Wood Shops. 
6. Don is in the process of creating a special membership for Bit Buckets. 
7. Each leader has no more than three students with them. Much smaller groups than in the past. 
8. Tom W: Lathe move? Is it paid for? Do we need anything else (e.g. tooling)?
9. Don C: The move could happen in the next week or so. 
10. It’s at Mike’s place. We’re waiting on the forklift from Mike R. Mike R and Geoff S are handling it. 
11. We’re looking for a chuck and some other small items. 
12. Alex W is interested in the new lathe’s status.
13. Don C: Is it paid for by Xerocraft, but fundraising has been low. We’ve raised about $1000. But the lathe was about $3900 total. 
14. Bryant and Geoff are working on perks for the donors. 
15. Don C: Mike has a forklift and will move it in.

18. Adrian B: We have several and they’re very old. No one should use them. We should disassemble them. 
19. Consensus is to get rid of them.
