1. Steve W: New lathe
2. Sliding back door is open. The new metal bandsaw and two drill presses have arrived. The lathe will be delivered soon. 
3. The lathe is 3-phase and 2-speed. Bill P will take a look at it. 
4. Steve thinks a VFD will not work on the lathe natively due to it using contactors. Steve will talk to Geoff about it. 
5. Alex W: Rotary converter or a larger (twice the size) 3-phase motor could do it. 
6. Geoff: Move on Thursday or Friday. No exact time yet. Volunteers will be needed.
7. Mike R has more information about the building power. 
8. Mike told Geoff that we have 3-phase out the external electrical box. But extensive reconfiguration work would need to be done to make it work.

10. Steve is sorting through donations. Lots of donations recently!
11. Jeremy will speak to Steve and Adrian about it when he’s feeling better. 
12. Jeremy will ask Matt B about moving the 4-drawer filing cabinet to Electronics. 
13. Jeremy will look into vertical cabinets for Electronics, Crafts at UA Surplus
14. Adrian: cabinets on the west end of south loft are unused, Jeremy will look into it.
15. John N: KMKR license fee
16. What’s the status of the future of the KMKR radio station?
17. Jeremy: KMKR has submitted a proposal to the board to keep the station going. The item is on the agenda for the board meeting on Dec 8.
