New back door is being installed and will be ready soon. Old keys won’t work anymore.
Bob F: Basement back door, Wood Shop/Machine Shop floor, Wood Shop conduit
At the BOD meeting, they discussed replacing the basement back door. They’ll talk to the landlord about covering cost.
Mike estimates 40 4x8 sheets of flooring will be required to re-floor the Wood Shop. Xerocraft will pay for it. Sheets are about $75/sheet. We’ll need a lot of volunteers. Bob F recommends a manager and two team of three volunteers.
Bob D volunteers to help.
Wiring: Subpanels have been installed. We’re looking into getting electricians in to install some outlets in Wood Shop. Our current electrical workers are busy on another project.
They discussed fixing the uneven floor in the basement. That will happen when Mike can spare some people. Roughly $500 in materials.
Bob D: Keep basement exit clear! Every week, Bob has to move sawdust bags that are blocking the exit.
