2. The Board is going to approve the measure, not to exceed $5000. 
3. Bob F: We need to send out a notice to members announcing the closure and to solicit volunteers. When do we do that? 
4. We need to line up volunteers and a schedule. 
5. David K is overseeing the project. He’d like to start in August. 
6. Bob F: We should give a three week notice.

8. Bob F proposes 2nd or 3rd week of August

10. We’re keeping it to maintain capacity if one goes down. 
11. The fundraiser to repair it was successful. 
12. We’re looking into tapping into the existing exhaust duct. 
13. They’re considering where to put it permanently. Right now, it’s across from the Laser Cutter Dept. 
14. Auto focus will be disabled.
