1. Harvey B: Procedure for charging and verifying that a payment for triggered Sawstop or damaged parts/machinery have been paid
2. Patrick C: Blacksmith shop will be running a demo on Friday January 9th during open forge time. I'd like to get this on social media. Open to suggestions on tickets/donation. Minimal cost to attendees if any is the goal. 
3. Mark M: Update on blue laser cutter and cutting tapers.
   

• Patrick C: Forge volunteer Cody has some ideas for networking with other forges.
• Patrick C: Raffle of forged items for fundraising being considered.

2. Jeremy B: Jeremy suggested that it become his task to make sure members pay for triggered SawStop cartridges. He will coordinate with the Wood Shop Managers.
3. Bob F: Fill out the SawStop questions form. Jeremy will work on it.

9. Mark has been working on the alignment issue on the blue laser cutter. He thinks the head is not perfectly vertical. He’s not sure how to adjust it. The bolts he loosened didn’t allow it to budge. 
10. Mark has ordered a new head. It will arrive in 5-7 days.
