  • The shed roof will hopefully be done later this week
  1. Jeremy B: Update on Steering Committee Meeting announcements and email spam
  2. Soon, Jeremy will move the Steering Committee Meeting announcements to a dedicated email list. He will announce the new list soon. He will also submit us to several spam filters to help ensure we are not accidentally flagged as spam.
  3. Don C: Pre-populate new Steering Committee email group with Shop Managers, etc. 
  4. Don C: Swamp cooler update
  5. The pads have been pulled. Coolers are being worked on this week. 
  6. The swamp above the Main Room will be replaced later this week. 
  7. Don C: Knife belt sander for Foundry Dept
  8. We missed an opportunity to buy an item on Facebook Marketplace. The board decided that they will pre-authorize the purchase of the tool by the Foundry Shop Manager for up to $500.
